About the Project
Atlantidabag is a paper bag company that wanted to redesign its website and switch to e-commerce. However, the old website was outdated, didn´t have results, had no purpose, and parts of its user experience fell short of expectations.
Objectives
The solution was set to create a fresh and appealing e-commerce website. The goals and strategy for the new website’s company are:
- - Creation of online ordering feature
- - Increase clients
- - Closer contact with customers
- - Boost the prestige of the online brand
- - More competitive market
- - Grow as company
Challenges
Due to the deadline, there was no possibility of interviewing users. The alternative was to directly interview the company's stakeholders.
Problem
- - Lack of leads. The company can’t get contacts through the website
- - Outdated catalog
- - Door to door sales
- - Low investment and budget
- - Lack of recognition and prestige weak online brand
- - Company has difficulty recording sales and goods
- - Almost all direct competition has e-commerce websites

- - Intoduction CTA buttons and forms in strategic places in all pages
- - Introduction of a whatsapp chatbot, direct and closer relationship lead-company
